Sunset Yoga

Ali will take us through a mindful flow yoga session..open to ALL abilities, it will enable you to unwind, relax, take some breathing space and focus on your body and your mind. Whether you are a regular Yogi or complete beginner, Ali will work to your ability and ensure you have a wonderful session.

The class will be followed by a chance to have a drink and a catch up with fellow parents and is a lovely chance to unwind and relax at the end of term! Your ticket includes the class and a glass of fizz or alternative. Weather permitting we will take class outside! 

All proceeds will help towards the funding pot for the Friends Association.
